To choose the right band for your Apple Watch, start by turning the watch over and looking at the text on the back. There you will find the case size, shown in millimetres. This number tells you which size your watch is.
Once you have identified the case size, select the same value in the “Case Size” option when making your choice.
It is also helpful to know that several case sizes share the same band fit. Watches in sizes 40, 41 and 42 mm use the same bands, as do sizes 44, 45, 46 and 49 mm. This makes it easier to choose with confidence and feel comfortable with your selection.
